McGarvey's Cleaning Services ("we," "our," or "us") offers an SMS/text message program to provide customers with appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service updates, and related communications. By opting in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from McGarvey's Cleaning Services, you confirm that:
You may opt in by providing verbal consent over the phone, signing a service agreement, submitting your number through our website, or replying to a text message invitation.
Messages you may receive from us include:
Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. Most customers receive 2-6 messages per month. We will not send messages outside of the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also opt out by calling or emailing us at the contact information below.
After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to use our cleaning services.

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and received from us, depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. McGarvey's Cleaning Services is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan's messaging costs.
Our SMS program is designed to work with major U.S. mobile carriers. However, we cannot guarantee delivery on all carrier networks. Some carriers may not support certain message types. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues.

Our SMS program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to deliver messages promptly and accurately, we do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay, error, or interruption. You should not rely solely on text message reminders for your appointment schedule.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McGarvey's Cleaning Services and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or inability to participate in the SMS program, including but not limited to missed appointments due to undelivered messages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via text message or by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
